Elevata covers faulty workmanship with normal usage for the lifetime of the bracelet.  In case of defects covered by the warranty, all parts will be repaired or the entire bracelet will be replaced free of charge.  Depending on the challenge you may be required to ship us the bracelet and we will repair and ship it back free of charge. 

Although every effort is put into ensure the highest of quality, if the ends or claps unravel please send a picture to hello@elevatabjj.com to start your warranty claim.

The lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, including pulling clasp closed with your teeth,  accidents, normal wear and tear.    If your dog ate it, that's on you!
